Monday to Friday.
First shift.

Job Description Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVACR, Refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain the most efficient operating results and life expectancy, especially on walk-in units.
Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc.
REQUIRED - EPA Universal Certification.
- Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering HVAC, refrigeration, walk-in coolers, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance.
